The Youth Empowerment Alliance, Inc. (YEA) is an international NGO focused on the creation, implementation and advisement of global projects that enhance the lives of children.

Established in 1999 as a United States-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, YEA has earned an international reputation for its creative approach to solving societal issues that attract youth and adults for their relevance and inspiration.

With youth and/or consultant representation in every country in the world, YEA offers a broad expertise on global issues such as: media, migration, adoption, juvenile justice, child labour (including trafficking and exploitation), children’s rights, education, social development,
